美国中央情报局一份研究报告显示，客人在酒店客房里有一些基本的活动规律，共有50条。

这些活动规律在一定程度上反映了客人在酒店客房里的一些习惯和需求。美国中央情报局的这个研究结果主要为其了解犯人更快破案提供服务的，不过这对酒店来说也有很重要的意义，因为酒店可以据此更好地了解客人在客房里的偏好和需求，从而提供更有针对性、更加人性化的服务。

 

由于美国和中国的国情不同，客人的需求也有一定的差异，比如美国客人更喜欢选择靠墙的床睡觉，而中国人更多愿意选择靠窗户的床睡觉等。但我们认为，这50条活动规律对于很多酒店改进客房服务还是有一定的借鉴和参考作用的，意在关照酒店人自身的服务素养，以期更好地了解客人的需求，从而为其提供主动的、人性化的超前服务。

以标准客房为例：
