2．对不起，酒店不提供医疗上门服务，但我们可以派人陪您去医院，只是所有费用需要您自己支付。

Sorry, hotels do not provide medical-site service, but we can send people to accompany you to go to the hospital, but all the costs need your own payment.

3．酒店商品部有些常用药品出售。

七、处理问题

1．在客人入住（结帐）高峰时，我们已经调整了班次，加派了人员

During the check in and check out, we have adjusted the frequency, deploying additional personnel in the peak time.

2．我知道您很着急，但希望您能排队办理手续，如果您不排队那对其他排队的客人来说是不公平的。

I know that you are worried, but please queue up to go through the formalities, or it will be unfair to the other guests.

3．我们先不要讨论是谁的责任，先解决问题好吗？

Shall we solve the problem first? Later, we’ll make clear who should take the responsibility.

4．我们会对员工加强培训，提高服务水平和业务水平。

We will improve our service and business by training our staff more.

5．我们都知道你不是故意损坏的，但这确实给酒店带来了损失，您应该给酒店相应的补偿。

We understand that you broke it unintentionally. But it did bring damages to the hotel, so compensation should be made.

6．酒店不方便帮您报警，因为事情的整个过程不是我们亲身经历的，一些细节我们无法和警察讲清，请您自己报警吧，号码是110。

We are sorry, but in this case we’d better not call the police for you, because we didn’t witness the whole process and we can’t make clear all the details to the police. Please dial 110 and call the police yourself.

7．这张车票上的所有信息都是假的，我们不知道怎么帮您。

All the information on the ticket is wrong. So we don’t know how to help you.

8．我们建议您乘坐正规的出租车，下车时向司机所要发票，最好能记住车牌号。

We recommend that you take the license taxi and ask the driver for invoice when you get off, and it would be better if you could remember plates of the cab.

9．此事与酒店无关，酒店不能承担这个责任。

It has nothing to do with the hotel, so we can’t bear any liability.

10．您最好写一份委托书，授权我们有这个权力。

We suggest you write a power of attorney to give us authorization.

11．您的预订并没有担保，因此只能为您保留到下午6点。

Since your reservation is not guaranteed, it can only be kept for you until 6 P.M

12．中国的电源是220伏的，如果您需要转换器可以联系客务中心

Chinese power supply is 220 volts, and if you need converters you can contact the housekeeping。
