三、结帐问题

1．请原谅，我想知道如果您觉得账单不对，为什么当时没有提出疑问？为什么您还会在账单上签名确认？

I’m sorry, but could you let me know why you didn’t tell us and sign the bill if you think it is wrong at that time?

2．对不起，是我们的工作出现了失误，这项收费我们会为您取消。

Sorry, it is our mistake. We will deduct this charge.

3．对不起，按酒店规定没有押金单我们不能退您余款，但如果您真的把押金单丢了，我们需要您提供一份收条证明您本人已将余款取回。

Sorry, according to the rule of our hotel without the receipt of deposit we can not refund your balance, but if you really lost the receipt of deposit, we need you provide a receipt to prove that you have got the balance back.

4．我们的账单格式是在电脑中设定好的，您要的那种我们提供不了。

The form of our bill is set up by the computer, we couldn’t provide you the bill of that form.

四、礼宾

1．为了保证客人安全，食品、药品我们是不能为您保存。

We can’t help you to preserve food or medicine for the sake of the health of our customer.

2．酒店规定在房间内不能使用客人自带的电器，我们在您住店期间可以为您保存。

The rule of the hotel stipulates that customers can’t use the electric appliances of their own in the room. We can help you to keep it in your stay.

3．贵重物品请您锁在房间的保险箱里。

Please lock valuables in the room safes,

4．我们提供替客买物服务，但需要加收一定的服务费。

We provide for passengers the purchase services, but it will be charged additionally.

五、网络问题

1．我们酒店的电脑端口一般不会有问题，每天都有专人进行维护，住在这个房间的上一位客人是可以正常上网的。可能是您的电脑浏览器设置有问题，您最好先检查一下你的网卡是否是开着的。

Our hotel computer ports generally have no problem, the maintenance person check it every day. You can have normal Internet access in the room. May your computer browser has some problem, you’d better check first whether your card is open.

2．今天酒店的出租率非常高，可能有许多客人正同时上网，所以网速有些慢，请您理解。

Duo to the high occupancy rate of our hotel, there might be many guests on the Internet at the same time. So it’s difficult to log onto the Internet. I hope you could understand.

3．酒店不提供无线上网服务，您可以在房间内上网或去商务中心上网

The hotel does not provide wireless Internet services, you can access the Internet in your room or go to the Business Center.。

4．对不起，我的电脑知识有限不能帮您解决问题，明天我会通知网络工程师帮您检查一下电脑和端口。

Sorry, My computer skills are far from solving the problem for you, tomorrow I will inform our network engineers and they will help you check the computer port.
