四家餐厅　争抢一个服务员

今年第三季度　外地求职人员同比减四成———

　　本报讯　三季度，本市对外埠来京务工人员的吸引力下降，使得简单体力劳动成为缺口最大的职业，缺口数达到15877人。餐厅服务人员求人倍率更是接近4，即1个人可挑选4个岗位。

　　昨天，市劳动保障局发布第三季度本市劳动力市场供求信息。信息显示，外埠人员求职人数为20266人，比去年同期下降了38％。简单体力劳动人员、餐厅服务人员、营业人员位列缺口数前三名。

　　劳动保障部门分析认为，外埠人员求职人数下降较快，是由两个原因造成的，一是近些年国家不断出台对农业的扶持政策，稳定了农民从事农业生产的积极性，农民外出务工的意愿下降；二是聘用外埠人员的单位提供的工资水平普遍偏低，使北京地区对外埠人员来京务工的吸引力减弱。
