一、询问/服务：
1.Good morning madam. Welcome to Garden Avenue Hotel.
早晨好，太太。欢迎光临嘉登道大饭店饭店。
向客人作自我介绍:
— “我叫 。如果有什么需要我帮忙，请告诉我。”
“My name is . Please let me know if there’s anything I can do for you.”/Can I help you?

3.Where would you like to go? 或 Where are you going?

10. 听不明白客人说话时，不要臆想，你可以：
— “请再说一遍好吗？”
“I am sorry, I don’t understand. Could you show me?”/“ I beg your pardon.”
Pardon ? 对不起，请再说一遍好吗？
12. Just a moment, please.请稍等一下。
要客人等待时，要先有交代:
— “请稍等一会儿。”“Just a moment, please./Wait a minute, please.”
— “我一会儿就来。”“I will be with you in a moment.”
﹡再返回客人身边时，对久等的客人说抱歉：
— “对不起，让您久等了。”“Sorry to have kept you waiting .”

31) Sorry to interrupt you . 对不起，打扰您了。
32) I’m sorry about this. 对此表示歉意。
33) I apologize for this. 我为此道歉。

22) You are welcome. 不用谢。

二、拒绝/禁止：
☆拒绝：
1. Excuse me，Sir． 先生，对不起。
2) I'm sorry, that's not allowed.对不起，这是不允许的。
3) No, I'm afraid not.不，恐怕不行。
4) Out of the question, I'm afraid.恐怕不可能。
5)I didn't mean it. 我不是故意的。
6)I'm very sorry for any inconvenience I've caused you. 给您造成不便敬请谅解
Do you mind ....?
◆ 当你不能满足客人要求时：
— “I’m afraid it is against hotel regulation.”
“我恐怕这违反酒店的规定。”
—“I’m sorry, we are not allowed to do this.”
“对不起，我们不允许这样做。”
★禁止语：
1. Employees only/Staff Only. 闲人免进
No Entrance /no admittance. 禁止入内
2. Authorized personnel only. 指定人员使用
Authorized Cars Only. 专用停车位
Distinguished Guests Only.贵宾专用
No Admittance Except On Business. 非公莫入
5. Parking is prohibited here. 此地禁止停车。
6. Excuse me, you are not allowed to park your car here.
对不起，你的车不能停在这里。
7、Please don't smoke here.
请不要在这边抽烟。
8. It's against the law． 这是违法的。
9. Warehouse Authorized Persons Only仓库重地,闲人免进
