  G: Some friends of mine are staying in Dragon Hotel. I’m moving out there for the convenience to be with them. Please send my mail over, if there is any.

  A: All right, miss. May I know your room number at the Dragon Hotel?

  G: 904, This is my name card.

  A: Don’t worry about that, miss. I will do that for you.

  G: Thank you.

  A: You’re welcome.

  B. Posting letters for guests

  Guest: Excuse me. Can you help me?

  Attendant: Yes, madam.

  G: I’m leaving Hangzhou very soon. I want to post some letters, but I haven’t got the stamps for them.

  A: Don’t worry, madam. We’ll post them for you.

  G: Thank you for you help. This is ten Yuan for the stamps.

  A: Don’t mention it.

  服务员要主动为客人服务,为了让他们放心,可说:

  “Don’t worry, sir. We’ll see to it.”或 “Right, sir. I’ll see that you get your mail.” 或 “Yes, sir. I’ll make sure that you get it.”
