问讯客人是否要做卫生时:您好:XX先生/小姐,请问现在方便为您清理房间吗? (Good morning, Goodafternoon, sir/madam, May I clean your room now?)如果客人不需要,对不起,打扰您了,方便清理时请拨打XX电话(DTS OR HSKP)或者挂“请既清理”牌,(I am sorry to disturb you, If you need clean you room please call DTS or HSKP,or hang the “makeup the room” card )我们将及时过来给您清理。做完房间时说:房间已经为您打扫完了,请问还有什么需要为您服务的吗?Is there anything eles I can do for you?
2. 问讯客人是否需要开夜床时:晚上好!请问现在方便为您开夜床吗?如果客人不需要:对不起,打扰了,祝您晚安!(Good evening, May I turn down service for you ,now ?AND I am sorry to disturb you .goodnight )

3. 问讯客人是否有洗衣时:请问您今天有衣服要洗吗?{果有洗衣请签好洗衣单连同衣服放入洗衣袋中.中午12点前通知我们来收好吗?}如果我们在中午12:00 之前收到您的洗衣,我们将在晚上18:00之前洗净送还。若在中午12:00以后 收到,就在第二天晚上18:00之前送还。

(Is there any laundry you want to wash? OR If your laundry is received before 12:00 noon, it will be back your room before 18:00. If it’s received after 12:00 noon, it will be back your room before 18:00 the next day.)

如客人有需求在不知道的情况下:对不起,请您稍等,我帮您查询后马上打电话告诉您好吗?(I am sorry! please wait a moment. I will call you back as soon as I check it for you. )


如客人需要清理房间你正在清理其他住人房或者赶房时:您好,真对不起,我这间房间还需要X分钟您看可以吗?/那好的我马上请其他同事过来给您清理,好吗? (I am sorry .This room I need x minutes more. I ask other associates to help you at once, ok? )
如客人出去回来后房间仍未清理时:对不起,请问.现在方便为您清理吗?出门时:XX先生/小姐.您的卫生已经清理好了,以后如果您需要早一点打扫房间时可以通知客房部我们将及时为您清理房间的.Excuse me, could I clean your room now? Mr, Miss XX, your room is clean now. If you want us to do the cleaning earlier next time, you can notice us, and we will serve you in time.
把客人需要的东西送进房间时,对不起,让你久等了.这是您所要的物品,谢谢您的等候. I’m sorry, take you so much time, this is what you want. Thank you for your waiting.
收银员通知查C/O,但是房内有客人:请问您是否通知前台退房吗?委婉的问:是不是您的朋友在前台给您结帐或者说您是否通知收银自动退房.出来时说:对不起,打扰您了. Have you informed the front desk that you want check-out? /Does your friend check out for you or did you ask the cashier to check out automatically?
正在清理房间时客人回来了应说:先生/小姐,您好我正在为您打扫房间,为了您的安全,可以出示一下您的房卡吗?核实后说:谢谢,我帮您把电取上吧Mr../Miss.., I’m cleaning your room now, could you show me your room card for your safety? Thank you,
