厨师被殴致死　五名疑犯落网

2月17日，海淀某餐厅厨师被殴致死。海淀警方昨天透露，5名疑犯已悉数落网。目前，5名疑犯因涉嫌寻衅滋事罪被海淀警方依法刑事拘留，案件仍在调查中，死者与疑犯发生纠纷的原因目前尚不得知。

　　2月17日，海淀警方接到报案称，海淀一家餐厅的员工宿舍内有人死亡，死者头部有血。经了解，事主衷某在当日凌晨3时左右在蓝靛厂附近被5名男子殴打。衷某被打后回到宿舍便上床睡觉，早上起来被人发现已死亡。

　　警方在蓝靛厂附近的案发地展开侦查，逐步确定胡某等5名嫌疑人。根据线索，2月18日凌晨1时左右，民警在海淀世纪城附近的一地下室将胡某等3名嫌疑人抓获。2月20日，警方又在西单附近将嫌疑人邓某抓获。同日，嫌疑人商某向海淀警方投案自首。经审查，胡某等5名犯罪嫌疑人对殴打衷某的犯罪事实供认不讳。胡某等5人因涉嫌寻衅滋事罪被海淀警方依法刑事拘留。目前，案件还在进一步审理当中。 厨师新闻
